The MCA has a few quick tips and suggestions for a smooth and easy registration day! 

  • Test your ActiveNet login and password prior to registration day.
  • Make sure all children are in your household account. If they are not all in the account make sure they get added prior to registration day. Click here to add dependents.
  • Be prepared with your first, second, and third choice for swim lesson times. 
  • Be flexible on facility. 
  • If you are using a mobile device (tablet or phone) select the “full site” option

Make sure you have an ActiveNet account before registration day and that all members of your household are in your account. We can assist you with your ActiveNet needs here.

We anticipate a high volume of phone calls during reservations and registration days. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please note that all emails and voicemails left on May 1 or May 3 will be returned within 24hrs.

Central Park pools are a great place to host a birthday party or celebrate your special occasion. Facility reservations, including party pad and after-hours reservations, will open at noon on May 1 through your ActiveNet account.

March is Membership Maintenance Month!

Start preparing for your summer at the pools now and beat the spring-time rush! It is as easy at “1,2,3”!

Step 1
Check your ActiveNet login - ActiveNet is always available at the top of our homepage by selecting "My ActiveNet". If you are on a mobile device (phone, iPad, tablet) select the "full site" option!
 Moved within the community? We can update your account address. Just complete the form HERE and tell us your previous and new address

New to the neighborhood or never set up an ActiveNet account?  Create your account HERE.
Step 2
Update household information – review your household members.
Dependents (20 years and younger) additional adults (up to 2 per household), and au pairs can be added with qualifying information. 
Email resident verification to or bring documentation to the MCA office during office hours. Please include your property address with all communication.  

Step 3
Update your family’s photos – photos of all family members can be updated in person at The Cube during office hours!
