Haven given written notice of the MCA annual board meeting in accordance with the organization’s by-laws, the 2021 community budget was presented to the elected Community Delegates of the Master Community Association at the Annual Delegates Meeting at which time it was passed and will be in effect as of Jan 1, 2021.
