Swim Conditioning

Whether you are a novice or an expert year-round swimmer, our Adult Swim Conditioning Program will adapt to your needs and provide a unique swimming experience

Adult Member Lap Swim – Monday-Thursdays (June 15-July 30, 2026) 
Jet Stream - 7am-12pm 
Runway 35 – 5:30pm-7:00pm 

Elevate your workout routine with drop-in lap swim at Jet Stream and Runway 35. Open to Adult Active Pass members, lap lanes are available for drop-in personal fitness use in June and July, no reservations needed. Jet Stream offers 6 lanes with turbulence control lane lines. Participants (18 and over) are asked to share or circle swim when all lanes are in use.  

Masters Swim @ Aviator – 
Monday-Thursday 6am-7am 
June 8-August 20 

This adult program will offer a 60-minute swim workout with an experienced swim coach writing structured workouts which will include drills that accommodate all fitness levels. This swim conditioning program will adapt to each swimmer's needs and provide feedback and tools to improve efficiency while offering adults the opportunity to swim laps with a team-based feel. 

We offer registration levels to meet your summer swimming goals. Adults may register for either Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday, or Monday through Thursday. Please register in your ActiveNet account
