The Cube

Due to Covid-19, we will not be considering any Cube rentals until June 2021. We will re-evaluate the situation then, and update the reservation status of the Cube. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

The Cube is an MCA managed facility located within The Shops at Conservatory Green at 8371 E Northfield Blvd. With easy access to both I-70 and 270, The Cube is designed to serve all sectors of the community through a diverse assortment of innovative and exciting cultural programming. Whether you choose to attend one of our Wine or Whiskey Education nights, learn about the art of cinema at our Fall Film Series, or host a special event of your own, The Cube offers visitors endless possibilities for creative exploration. The Cube boasts an impressive 6,000 square feet of total event space, including a 3,000 square foot event hall and 1500 square foot lobby. Additional amenities include a 40' x 8' semi-permanent stage, a deluxe catering kitchen/prep space, and elegantly designed bathroom facilities. Please see our complete list of amenities below.

The MCA office @ The Cube is open Monday-Wednesday, 9:00 am-4:00 pm, to serve residents with assistance in ActiveNet account set up, registration, membership cards, etc.

  • On-site staff member
  • 12 - 5 ft. round tables
  • 10 - 6 ft. rectangle tables
  • AV equipment; including a large venue projector, surround sound, and up to four concurrent microphones
  • 40' x 8' semi-permanent stage
  • Catering/Prep kitchen; including industrial-grade ice machine and refrigerator

Deposit: $500


  • Monday-Thursday (8 am-5 pm)
  • Resident Rate: $650
  • Non-Resident Rate: $850

Weekday Evenings:

  • Monday-Thursday (5 pm-8 pm)
  • Resident Rate: $500
  • Non-Resident Rate: $700

Weekend Mornings:

  • Friday-Sunday (8 am-2 pm)
  • Resident Rate: $950
  • Non-Resident Rate: $1150

Weekend Evenings:

  • Friday-Sunday (4pm-11pm)
  • Resident Rate: $1350
  • Non-Resident Rate: $1550

At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount must be put down. Two weeks prior to the scheduled event the full amount is due.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event and there will be a cancellation fee of $100. If cancellation is less than two weeks prior to the scheduled event the rental fee is non-refundable.
