Park Rules
The MCA manages the improved parks and open space properties owned by the Park Creek Metropolitan District. MCA parks are open to the public. To provide for the protection of the parks natural resources and to ensure equal access and public safety, all park users are expected to know and comply with the Rules and Regulations for Parks and Open Space.
Park Hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
General Park Rules:
· Dogs and pets must be on a leash and under physical control at all times.
· Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
· No glass bottles or any glass containers allowed in parks.
· No littering. Use trash cans and dumpsters or pack it out.
· No weapons, firearms, or fireworks.
· Disturbing the peace, including loud music or sound, is prohibited.
· The sale of goods and services requires an MCA Permit.
· No overnight camping, tents, enclosures, or other unpermitted structures such as air castles, pools, or water slides.

· No item may be attached to a tree or any park structures, such as playgrounds.
· Removal or damage to plants or structures is prohibited.
· Fires and coals are allowed in grills only. Grills must be least 12 inches off the ground.
An MCA Permit Is Required for the Following:
· An organized gathering of 21 or more people.
· Overnight camping.
· Selling goods or services.
· Conducting organized sporting activities.
· Installing inflatables, such as air castles, pools, or water slides.
· Installing a canopy or tent using stakes greater than 12 inches in length.
· Petting zoos, pony rides or events involving live animals.
· Amplified sound.
· The organized sale or consumption of alcohol.
· Private outdoor fee-based activities.
· Exclusive use of the park.

The MCA charges certain fees for park permits the holder of an MCA Permit is responsible for the conduct of all those in attendance during the times of the permitted event. Programs sponsored by the MCA will take precedence over private reservations.
While MCA parks are open to all, compliance with the MCA Park Rules is mandatory. Failure to comply with any MCA Park Rule is prohibited and is grounds for expulsion from the park. Failure to comply with the instructions of MCA staff is a violation of the MCA Park Rules. An individual that fails to comply with the MCA Park Rules is no longer welcome in the MCA Park and failure to depart an MCA Park or entering an MCA Park when ordered not to is trespassing and the MCA will refer to law enforcement any person who trespass on MCA Parks, this includes use of the park after hours.
