MCA COMMUNITY DELEGATE NOMINATIONS OPEN

Calling for Community Delegate Nominations

All nominations received by October 30th will be included on the official ballot as part of the Annual Members Meeting Mailing. The Annual Members Meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 16th at the Cube (8371 E. Northfield Blvd).

The doors will open at 6pm and the meeting will begin at 6:30pm. The delegate nomination form can be found on here.. Any district with one or more nominations at the printing of the annual meeting notice will be listed as "Contested" ,and all the voting for that seat will occur through the annual members meeting in December. 

If a quorum of the district is not present by ballot, proxy or attendance at the annual members meeting, then voting will continue till the following delegate meeting scheduled in 3rd Wednesday of January. Central Park is made up of 11 Districts. 

Each District has a Delegate elected by the Members (homeowners - one vote per household). Delegates, in turn, elect the MCA Board and ratify or veto the MCA’s annual budget. You can look up what district you are here. Any member can nominate themselves for any District Seat in which they reside or operate a commercial business.
