Heather Vasquez - Awaiting nominee’s image.

I think it is important to know what is happening in the community and to be a voice who is open to people from all walks of life.

  • DISTRICT 2

    Alison O’Neill

I have a strong community connection within my district and am highly engaged in activities/spaces across the community. I'm excited to bring the voices/perspectives/ideas of the community to improve resources for our district. And, I'm eager to be a resource for educating the community on MCA happenings and opportunities.

  • DISTRICT 2

    Matthew Quinn

I've lived in the community for five years and owned a house for just under that number of years. I've had two kids born here. I absolutely love Denver and as my kids are getting older, I'm consistently thinking, how do I invest in the community and use my executive skills to make a better community for my kids to grow up in and ultimately, hopefully be participants in as adults.

As someone who has lived in many countries and many cities around the world, I find that I bring a perspective to local conversations around how things can be run or solved that many seem to not entertain.

It's very easy for my neighbors to complain about things in this neighborhood and in this city and take no action. But it is not something that I tolerate. Fundamentally, whether it is change that we need or stable and responsible stewardship, I will feel most comfortable if I can be a lever of influence.

  • DISTRICT 3

Justin is one of the original residents of Central Park since June 2002 and has been involved in the community in such roles as SUN Block Captain, Stapleton Development Corporation (Mayor Appointed), Greater Stapleton Business Association President (Now Central Park Business Association), Citizens Advisory Board Chair, Westerly Creek Elementary PTA Board Treasurer, Housing Diversity Chair, Northfield High School Foundation Athletics Treasurer and of late an MCA Delegate for District 3.

While away from the office you can find him spending time with his family, watching the Nuggets, enjoying an IPA, or on the golf course.

  • DISTRICT 3

    Sarah Ellis

As a long-time resident of Central Park, I am interested in giving back and supporting this great community.

I've lived in Central Park for 21+ years. My background is in communications in a healthcare setting. I also serve on the board of Leadership Aurora and as a volunteer victim advocate for the Aurora Police Department.

  • DISTRICT 4

    Tom Reynolds-Awaiting nominee’s image.

I have lived in the Central Park community for close to twenty years, becoming an original member of the South End neighborhood in 2005 where I still live. My two daughters grew up here and are DPS graduates. I currently own a Central Park based marketing business.

I stepped in to serve District 4 last year after learning we did not have a community delegate representing us.
I enjoy serving the community. I have volunteered with numerous local organizations like the Central Park Business Association, Rotary Club of Northeast Denver, and Westerly Creek Elementary. My objective is to help keep our facilities and property in top condition, promote safety, and be fiscally responsible.

  • DISTRICT 4

    Mark Mehringer

As a 20-year resident of Central Park, I hope to help residents engage with their community association and help build community in our neighborhood.

In addition to my professional background in community engagement, I also have served on multiple nonprofit boards, including Central Park United Neighbors. I am up to speed on Central Park’s history, struggles, economics challenges, and the hopes of residents for our neighborhood.

  • DISTRICT 5

    Andrew Bartlett

I have been a resident of the Central Park community since 2006 in two different areas of the neighborhood (Central Park West & Eastbridge). I have served as District 5 (Eastbridge) delegate for a number of years. I served previously as a board member for one of the neighborhood sub-associations and I also currently serve as a board member of the Park Creek Metro District. I enjoy serving my community. I wish to continue serving the members of my district and our community. As a husband and father of 2 kids who are students at Northfield HS. I recognize the leadership that the MCA provides in the Central Park community and that our residents look for guidance and policy on the issues that impact their daily lives. Serving on the MCA is a great privilege for me to help our community to be the best that is can be…a great place to live for everyone and a community that values diversity and inclusion.

  • DISTRICT 6

    Matt Blackburn

As a resident of Central Park’s 6th District since 2013, and a director on the board of the Westerly Creek Metro District (WCMD), I have become increasingly aware of and involved in the operation of our neighborhood’s assets and facilities. This experience has deepened my commitment to responsible stewardship and community engagement.

I am eager to work collaboratively with the MCA board and delegates to promote responsible financial leadership and help ensure the long-term health and success of the Central Park neighborhood. My background in accounting is a key asset I bring to this role. I am prepared to assist with financial statements and budgets, and to provide clear, reliable financial information to both the board and the community to support informed decision-making.

  • DISTRICT 6

  • DISTRICT 8

    Sarah Stabio

Sarah Stabio has lived in Central Park’s Conservatory Green neighborhood since 2014 and is deeply rooted in the community. She previously owned The Bar Method Denver–Northfield and now works with Front Porch newspaper to support local businesses through advertising. A mom of three, she is passionate about keeping neighbors informed. Sarah has served as the District 8 delegate since 2019 and on the MCA Board since 2025.

  • DISTRICT 9

    Susanna Kantor-Awaiting nominee’s image.

I've lived in Wicker Park for almost 10 years, serving as the District 9 Delegate for several of those years. My full-time job for the last 8 years is in the clinical research industry, working for a large pharmaceutical company. Prior to this, I coordinated and project managed clinical trials at Children’s Hospital Colorado and National Jewish Health. This background equips me to have an eye for detail, advocate on behalf of residents and work collaboratively with my fellow delegates. I want to ensure that this neighborhood remains a desirable place to live for the long term, with well-maintained shared spaces, adjustments to meet evolving needs and one that is welcoming for our neighbors outside of Central Park to feel comfortable visiting.

I am also a parent to 2 children who attend our local schools, regularly volunteer at Food For Thought, am a long term member of the best local gym, Toca, and train for several marathons a year. My unique talent is that I can tell you the distance between places in the neighborhood and design running routes of any distance in my head.

  • DISTRICT 10

    Joseph Landen-Awaiting nominee’s image.

My wife and two children plan to live in the community for many years. I have a desire to be involved with others in guiding the future maintenance and operations of the community. With two small children active in school and sports, I am rooted and routinely engaged with a cross section of other residents. I believe my background in financing development is beneficial as this community transitions from large developer control to true community control.
