The Stingray Synchro Swimming Team offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice basic skills and routines in a fun, team-building environment. Swimmers are able to showcase these skills by participating in League competitions. 

This is a dynamic and beautiful sport that combines the skills of swimming, dance and gymnastics and is best suited for children ages 6 and up who have completed a minimum of station 3 swimming skills and are comfortable treading in deep water.

2024 Practice Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6/10-7/22 (no practice on July 4th)  
Novice Swimmers* - 7:45-8:30am 
10-11s & 12-13s - 8:00-9:15am 
14-15s & 16-19s - 9:00-10:30am 

*Novice swimmers are anyone 9&under or new to synchro this summer - this includes anyone who did not participate in Finals last summer even if you competed in meets throughout the summer

Water Show July 17th @ Aviator Pool 

practice times are determined by skill level and performance groups. Coaches will set practice schedules.
