The Stingray Synchro Swimming Team offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice basic skills and routines in a fun, team-building environment. Swimmers are able to showcase these skills by participating in League competitions.
This is a dynamic and beautiful sport that combines the skills of swimming, dance and gymnastics and is best suited for children ages 6 and up who have completed a minimum of station 3 swimming skills and are comfortable treading in deep water.

Practice Times at Jet Stream:
7:30a-10:30a (practice groups determined by coaches)
All New-to-synchro and 9 years old & younger swimmers:
7:45am-8:30am
Returning Swimmers:
10-11s & 12-13s: 8:00am-9:15am
14-15s: 8:45am-9:45am
16-19s: 9:30am-10:30am
