Metro League at Runway 35 Pool is for swimmers ages 6 and up. Practice is offered Monday-Thursday mornings or in the evenings Monday-Wednesday. This team competes in dual meets (typically on Fridays) against Virginia Vale, Crestmoor, Skyline, CACM, and Eastmoor.  Team suits are required.

Evening practice:
