Application for Design Review Approval

The Design Review Committee (Committee) of the Master Community Association (Association)

will consider the application for design review approval for 9178 East 35th Place, Denver,

Colorado at a special meeting on April 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM, which will be held virtually using

Zoom at the call-in link: JOIN HERE

The applicant and members of the community will be given the opportunity to present to the

Committee regarding the application. The Committee will hear public comment from the

community regarding the property during the meeting as well. Each member of the public will

be given three (3) minutes to speak, which time does not include any questions posed by the

Committee
