The Executive Board of Directors of the Master Community Association intends to enter into Executive Session for the following purposes:
To consider referral of delinquent accounts to legal counsel to commence debt collection proceedings, pursuant to C.R.S. § 38-33.3-308(4)(e)
To confer with legal counsel regarding employment matters, pursuant to C.R.S. §§ 38-33.3-308(4)(a) and (b). AND
