CUBE CINEMA SERIES: Late Shift
FRIDAY, MAY 8th 2026 | 7:00 PM (DOORS OPEN AT 6:30 PM)
Late Shift is a tense hospital drama following a dedicated nurse through an increasingly overwhelming shift in an understaffed ward. Switzerland’s official submission for the Academy Awards’ International Feature category, the film built international acclaim before its limited U.S. release, making it a standout title in this year’s global cinema conversation.
Hosted by Dr. Vincent Piturro, Film Studies Professor at MSU Denver and writer of The Indie Prof column in The Front Porch newspaper.
Guests who bring a nonperishable food item or personal care item to support MSU's student food bank, Rowdy's Corner, will receive their first popcorn and soft drink free.
Doors open at 6:30pm, movie starts at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10 (plus applicable fees).
