Conservatory Green & Amphitheater

Located in the Conservatory Green neighborhood off 49th & Valentia, this customizable facility boasts a cozy setting for family-friendly concerts and markets. The amphitheater features beautiful grassy seating for around 2,000 and has restrooms.

A permit will be required if the rental has any of the following:

• Exclusive use
• Amplified sound
• More than 50 people
• Marketing or promoting goods
• Exercise groups
• A business or organization

Rental Pricing: 

Non Profit (must provide W9): $1,000 (full day)

Corporate (for profit): $1,500 (full day)

Deposit: $500

If a day prior setup and/or day after tear down is required, there will be an additional charge of $500 per day.
