2024 MCA Event Food Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at the MCA outdoor events. The MCA hosts over 250,000 people each summer through movies, concerts, markets, and signature events. If you own a food truck and are interested in showcasing your finest foods, sign-up today!

 

We are no longer accepting applications for food trucks in 2024.

Qualifications

  • Prepared, licenses food vendors (typically a business that operates out of a food truck)
  • Unqualified vendors:
    • crafts/jewelry/clothing outside of businesses on the street
    • overly processed foods
    • nationally distributed packaged foods of businesses that operate under a franchise agreement (Please see sponsorship opportunities)
    • Must provide own power generator.

Vendor Selections

  • Preference will be given in order of application submission and past MCA vendors.
  • The MCA will do its best to schedule a variety of vendors per event. Ex: 1 taco truck, 1 Ice cream truck, etc. But please note that may not always be the case.
  • Movies on the Green (500-2000 attendance):
    • 3 savory vendors
    • 2 dessert vendors
  • Concert on the Green (500-2000 attendance):
    • 4 savory vendors
    • 3 dessert vendors
  • MoJaBlu Concert Series (500-2000):
    • 4 savory vendors
    • 3 dessert vendors
  • Band on the Green (400-1000):
    • 1 savory vendors
    • 1 dessert vendor
  • Specialty Events: TBD

Logistics

  • The week before each event, the Event Manager will email details; location, set-time time, etc.
  • Set-up time is typically 2 hours before the scheduled event. We ask that vendors are set up and ready to sell at least by the start of the event.
  • Power is unavailable to food trucks. Generators are required. Your generator must be at a reasonable noise level, if we notice or receive complaints about the noise coming from your generator you will be asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited availability for each event, attendance is crucial. If more than three (3) event days are missed (excused or unexcused) you forfeit your deposit and spot for next season. We understand that things happen and can be flexible on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel, please give a 48 hr notice. No shows will result in termination of remaining permits.
